People ask which platform verifies fastest. I can describe a method and what I observed; I cannot produce a ranking from a handful of attempts.

## The method

Same documents, prepared identically. Passport photographed flat, bank statement as a PDF, liveness check in the same room with the same light.

Record submission time, each status change, and the total to approval.

## What I observed

Automated approval within minutes where nothing was flagged. Manual review measured in hours to a few business days where something was.

The variable was not the platform. It was whether the automated check flagged something.

## What flagged

Name handling, every time. Transliteration and patronymic treatment differ between documents, and automated matching does not accommodate that.

Anyone whose name transliterates more than one way should expect manual review everywhere.

## Why I will not publish a ranking

Two or three attempts per platform is not a sample. Queue depth varies by day, and my documents are not representative of anyone else's.

A ranking from that data would be repeated as fact and would be wrong.

## What is fair to say

That preparation dominates. A prepared submission approved automatically is fast everywhere, and an unprepared one is slow everywhere.

The platform matters less than the documents.

## What would be worth measuring

Rejection rates by cause, published by platforms or aggregated by a supervisor. Neither exists, so what circulates is anecdote.

## The useful advice

Prepare the documents, submit once, and expect manual review if your name is ambiguous in transliteration. Do not resubmit repeatedly; each attempt queues behind the last.

## What I check before recommending anything

That the platform serves your country and holds permissions covering what it does. [A platform whose permissions are on the register](https://collectnexchange.com/compliance/cysec-licensed) can be verified before you spend an hour on onboarding.

[Collect & Exchange](https://collectnexchange.com/company/supported-countries) publishes its country list, which saves the entire exercise where the answer is no.
